Das Haus liegt direkt am Lukmanier-Pass, der nach Graubünden führt. Auch gehen am Haus direkt mehrere Wanderwege vorbei. Der Blick von Terrasse aus geht hinunter ins Tal und auf die gegenüberliegende Talseite. Es liegt also perfekt im Blenio-Tal.
Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und Zimmer, waren aber nur zu 12.
Die Bäder hatten leider nirgends Schlüssel. Der Lift für die Rollifahrer war defekt, wurde aber nach 3 Tagen repariert.
Die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein, vor allem sollte erwähnt werden, dass es keinen Wasserkocher gibt bzw. dieser nicht angeschlossen werden kann.
Der Gruppenraum an sich war zweckmäßig weiß und hellhörig mit hellem Neon-Licht. Wenn man bei gutem Wetter draußen sitzen kann, stört es nicht.
Der Bunker war für die Kinder sehr interessant.
Uns hat die Woche trotz vielen Regentagen sehr gut gefallen.
