Als wir ankamen fand keine Hausübergabe statt. Die Küche war schmutzig, es hatte leere Bierflaschen rumstehen, tote Fliegen direkt über dem Herd, die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht. Es hatte insgesamt nur 4 „Schüsseli“. Das ganze Haus war nicht sauber, unter den Betten hatte es Müll, die Lattenroste der Betten waren kaputt. In den Wolldecken klebten Kaugumis, in den Duschen hatte es Schimmel. Die Steintreppe zum Aussenbereich war kaputt, ebenso das Geländer. Mehrere Lampen gingen nicht. Es stand sehr viel „Eigenmüll“ herum, wie in einer Abstellhalde. Es hatte in der Vitrine Bilder von einem Pornostar. Der Aufenthalsraum bietet niemals Platz für 70 Personen. Der einte Wasserhahnen hatte einen kaputten Hebel. Mehrere Türklinken fielen ab sobald man sie runterdrückte. Es fand keine Hausabnahme statt. Während den ganzen zwei Wochen konnten wir den Vermieter Helmut Zettel weder telefonisch noch per Mail erreichen.
