The estate by the sea is set in a large park and offers a swimming pool, football pitch, volleyball court, table tennis and an outdoor kitchen for groups.
The access to the house is guaranteed by a well maintained alpine road. If you arrive by train, your luggage can be picked up at the station and transported by the house's own goods cable car. The house, which has been designed in a consistently ecological way, has 37 sleeping places, 2 showers, a large lounge and dining room, as well as a small parlour.
The house is ideal for: Groups, family celebrations, school camps.

The house has light from a solar system and water from its own spring.
After the stove/oven is fired up, cooking and hot showers can be taken.
