Die Einrichtungen im Haus sind eher in einem schlechten Zustand: Schränke in Zimmern ohne Tablare, fehlender Duschvorhang im IV-Zimmer, Kücheninventar eher einfach, Öfen funktionieren nicht beide optional, fehlende Stange für Aussenstoren, Inventar für Aussenbereich (Terrasse) stark verwittert, Grill musste vor Gebrauch mehrere Stunden gereinigt werden. Zu wenig Ablagefläche in den Zimmern, zum Teil stehen Reparaturen an in WC, Duschen, Reinigungsmaterial für so ein grosses Haus ist ungenügend. Aussenbereich bei Parkplatz unfallgefährdet da Schachtdeckel nicht arrertiert ist (Meldung an Hauswartin bei Abgabe).

The bedrooms are in a good state. the common rooms are a bit older and there is damage here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary. The floors are cracking in certain places but it's not a big problem, especially as final cleaning isn't the guests responsibility, except the kitchen. The only problem was the communication with the owner. The only sporadicly respond to emails, and finding a working phone-number is hard.
