The "Córt di Amis" consists of a total of four flats and a separate rustico around a wonderful courtyard. Three flats plus the rustico can be rented together or separately. The fourth flat belongs to the uncomplicated owner Warren.
The appartamenti are in an old, traditional Ticino house. The inner courtyard with barbecue, fire bowl, hot tub, outdoor shower, sunbeds, pergola and seating invites you to enjoy and barbecue.
The accommodation offers several families or friends the possibility to enjoy a holiday together and still have their own private areas.
Sementina belongs to Bellinzona with its sights and is located on the old road to Locarno. Various shopping facilities as well as a large playground are within easy walking distance. Ideal starting point by bike or for hiking. Also in the village is the valley station of the cable car to Mornera and the impressive Tibetan suspension bridge Carasc.
By car it takes 10 minutes to the motorway, or 20 minutes to Ascona and Locarno, 30 minutes to Lugano. The bus stop for bus line 311, which runs from Bellinzona railway station to Piazza Grande Locarno, is 50 metres away.
