The alpine dairy was converted into a group house in the 1990s and renovated and modernised in 2022 (glass ceramic hob, shower cubicles, freshly painted walls....). It is located at the entrance to the village of Obersays, a pretty and quiet Walser settlement, but can still be reached in just 15 minutes by car from the A13.

The snowshoe-arena Dreibündenstein connects the three regions Chur, Lenzerheide and Viamala and the three winter sport resorts Brambrüesch, Pradaschier and Feldis.
There you can enjoy wonderful snowshoe tours.
The skiing area Brambrüesch is very much liked by families because of its charm and the size.

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Es fehlt an nichts. Das beste aber ist die Gastgeberin, welche sehr nett ist und sich sehr gut um die Gäste kümmert. Sehr zu empfehlen!
